Magnolia Silos | Waco
Let’s begin with the attraction that gives this tour its name! The Magnolia Silos in Waco, Texas were made popular by the HGTV series “Fixer Upper”, which follows Chip and Joanna Gaines as they buy and remodel homes. At their largest rehab project to date, a piece of land that includes two grain silos and a 20,000 square-foot barn, visitors can shop for home goods, try a number of delicious items from the bakery, and enjoy plenty of incredible photo opportunities.
San Antonio
The city of San Antonio, which happens to be the second most populous in Texas, is not one to be overlooked! San Antonio has history, natural beauty, great dining, and exciting night life. Get a true taste of Texas history the San Antonio National Missions Park, which is home to The Alamo. Then, take a stroll along the River Walk! Referred to by many as the jewel of the city, the River Walk is a network of waterways and walkways located one story beneath the streets of the city. Here you’ll find unique stores, restaurants, hotels, and boat tours!
The Texas Capitol | Austin
With its ornate architecture, beautiful grounds, and fun exhibits, the Texas Capitol building is easily one of the most distinguished state capitols in the nation. First built in 1885, the building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1970 and recognized as a National Historic Landmark in 1986.
George W. Bush Presidential Library | Dallas
The George W. Bush Presidential Library is home to the archives of the Bush presidency. Housing over 43,000 artifacts as well as a replica of the Oval Office, the library and museum serve as resources for promoting a better understanding of the Presidency and American history.
